Assuming f2 button isn't stuck on what do the screens say? Is there nothing about resore/recovery etc?

Google "asus ee wont boot". Plenty of chat about it. Maybe you will get an answer there

Does the laptop make any beeps when you turn it on?
Can you connect to an external monitor?
Can you connect to an external keyboard and mouse?

They actually repaired mine in my home and because I lived in belfast they didnt charge me a call-out charge either:rotfl:

They seem very relaible and low cost which is always handy
