Thanks moggins just ordered book using delivery code.
It looks like just the thing I need to kick start me back into OS action after falling by the wayside a bit lately:o The food bill is creeping back up and I cant seem to stick to my grocery budget. Hopefully this will help.

Just wanted to say thank you Moggins!:T This is a really good book.
I treated myself to it as an extra birthday pressie and it is very readable. Just read the bread chapter! It really does make you think about your food, buy or make better quality food and then really use it well, without wasting any. Would recommend this one to all!Our days are happier when we give people a bit of our heart rather than a piece of our mind.
