just got my last 2 orders i ordered 2 bottles of perfume and they are both broken! they had been put in a body shop bag and then a huge box!:mad: along with my small bags lol! anyone know what they will do if i ring them? dont want them to refund lol as i didnt pay for the perfume:rotfl:

They were in a gift set all sealed not sure whether to ring as they were the free set!

i received my order too but no white musk gift set. but on line it is in stock... dont knw whether to just let it go or not...tsktsktsk....

Recieved my stash today in a padded envelope that was very battered and open. The comb's broken so will be taking that to the shop to swap. Otherwise happy with my order!

Just had my second dispatch email for butters and foot sprays. dont know where i will store this lot. i will resist buying anymore body shop for awhile. they still havent taken payments for my other 2 orders.

right in regards to my 2 broken bottles of perfume just called them they were very helpfull the girl i spoke to said seen as though these were promo items and you didnt pay for them i can re send them for you i wont however be able to refund you,so they do know! and if anyone else has any problems i would ring them the girl i spoke to was very helpfull:j

Just wanted to say thanks to the OP. I ordered 4 Coconut Soaps and 2 coconut £20 gift sets. Ended up paying £9.89 inc delivery, all arrived today and very happy. Thats a set each going into pamper cakes for Xmas for my 2 nieces. Whoppppeeeee. I still have enough to get some £1 makeup from Superdrug too. Thanks guys
