Mine has been dispatched but payment doesn't even show as earmarked on my account. Doesn't mean anything though as last time payment was taken almost four days after I'd actually received my order.

Just received my first order 2x Mango soaps and the mini brush set for £4!
Bit gutted as the mini brush set is MINI, defo wouldnt pay £14.50 for it, and not fussed on the soap smell! Patiently awaiting my second order hope that makes me feel better although I ordered a further 2 Mango soaps in that! Lets hope the gift is worth it!

I have just recieved my 3rd order but the set i ordered has a wrong item in , it has 2 toners instead of toner n cleanser.Do i need to call customer service or can i take it into a shop??

Me as well couldn't understand how people were ordering pepermint foot spray 100ml as I couldn't find it anywhere DAH! didn't realise it had a drop down box only found it on Sat evening too late I had ordered 3 x 60ml no offer on them as I was trying to make up thinking I had to bring the order to £15 to get free del and then couldn't understand how people were getting free del below £15 even though I had looked on the dicount code thread and wrote the free del code but was blinded by the site saying free del on orders over £15 DAH! DOUBLE DAH! But as they say practise makes perfect and I think I am learning. I made up for it went into store bought 2 x 100ml bogof used the £5 voucher from newspaper both free. see i'm learning thanks to this wonderful site and the o/p for this glitch and while I was there they were handing out little sample pots which I needed to put small amts of face creams for hols so now I can take the ones I purchased in boots back for refund only a small bonus but it all helps

did u check the receipt? is it one of each? if u ring them chances are they will send u the cleanser and will let u keep the other.
