phone up the body shop, something similar happened to me, they resent my order out to me and let me keep the goodies i had mistakenly received as a thank you for letting them know! :)

Thanks for that. Will try on Monday ;)
    Errrr...come back later ;)

I received the White Musk set and Cherry Blossom set and 2 soaps for the grand total of £4 as 2 of the soaps were oos, so essentially the Cherry Blossom set was free.
I must be getting soft in my old age as I actually feel a bit guilty about this glitch :o.
Maybe it's because I'm old enough to remember Anita Roddick, she was a bit of a hero of mine during my hippy teen years, I hope she isn't watching me rip off her old company from heaven! lol :p

L'oreal own them now so they can afford a wee glitch or 2 :p

Omg im really worried now this is what its states on my order on Body shop website
    order summary
    items:£8.00postage & packing£0.00discount £0.00total (including £1.31 VAT)£8.00
but my depatched email states this
    Shipping Method : Standard Delivery
    Total Items : 3
    Order total : £ 8.0000

I hope they havent tried taking out £8.0000 Anyone else had a mistake like this????

I've just checked back through my despatch emails over the last few months and they all have the order totals like this with 4 numbers after the decimel point rather than two so nothing to worry about.

I copied and pasted a post from HUKD a couple of months ago that was submitted by someone who said she works for the BS -
    "D - 3 yrs old
    C - 4 yrs old
    B - 5 yrs old

Only counts if its un used and if you bought it recently from online or in store"

    and

"They will last for 3 years ish. Just a pointer if the batch code (printed on the right side of the back label) is D or below. The butter is 3 years old already and you will be able to get a full refund + more."

Since reading that, I am beginning to wonder aswell if these glitches are glitches.
I did check my body butters and scrubs that I ordered on a recent "glitch" and they were B's and D's. I did email BS and didnt get a response and never got round to following it up. I 'll email the again tomorrow and let you know how I get on.
