I did 2 orders, got the despatch emails yesterday but just moved the to my shopping folder without looking at them. I've opened one order and verything was there 2 strawberry sets and 4 nail files. The 2nd one should have had 2 gift sets in and 4 bars of soap but it only had the gift sets in it so I came straight to this thread as I was sure someone else would've had a similar problem to me which they had. Off I went to check my despatch emails and the order missing the soaps shows as £0.00. The body shop offers just get better. Imagine getting stuff for nowt - it's great. £81 worth of products for £6 and DD1 is already using one of the nail files. Now to find somewhere to stash it all.

yes Raven it does have a 0 next to it. I had looked at the order history before to see if it had been dispatched and hadn't actually noticed this until I checked after getting the order.

I am waiting on another order of 3 shower gels and 3 body butters. That would really make up for the coconut set being OOS if the 3 shower gels are too! 3 body butters for nothing sounds good!

Omg im really worried now this is what its states on my order on Body shop website
order summary
items:£8.00postage & packing£0.00discount £0.00total (including £1.31 VAT)£8.00
but my depatched email states this :eek:
Shipping Method : Standard Delivery
Total Items : 3
Order total : £ 8.0000

I hope they havent tried taking out £8.0000 Anyone else had a mistake like this????

Just checked mine & its showing £3.0000 but I wouldn't worry as the . is in the right place
