Three of my orders came today, I'm just waiting for one more. My coconut gift set didn't come either, at least it looks like a genuine OOS thing and not that they were refusing to send them out. Anyway, it turns out I really don't like the coconut soap though so it's not such a bad thing for me! I've got 3 free gift sets and a Wise Woman serum and it all looks really nice. I half expected them to send out any battered stock that had lying round the warehouse:D

Does the coconut gift still show up as 1 in your order history.

I have just got 2 of my 3 orders delivered by UPS! All correct and still waiting for other which has been despatched the same time as these 2 so hoping it comes soon

I got my coconut set, to be quite honest it doesn't smell the best. But hey it was free so can't complain. Hope everyone gets their orders soon im still waiting on one.

Got my 2 packages today - got everything i ordered including the coconut utopia set. Sorry to here some of you havent recieved some of your goodies - i ordered pretty early on so i would assume its a genuine oos issue rather than BS not honouring orders.

Well done to the BS for honoring this glitch, not alot of places do
