is that on your order history page or the dispatch email raven? just checked my bank account, the 2 orders that have been dispatched have yet to be charged, though 1 order which hasnt been dispatched has? weird

It looks like where the cheap item is out of stock when the order is picked, they knock off the cost of the out of stock item and send you the rest.

One of my nail files was missing so for £4.50 I got 2 gift sets plus 3 files.

Looks like your soaps were out of stock so they have knocked off the cost of them and sent you the rest.

the bottom one was in my order history. before it was dispatched it said the top one.

The despatch confirmation gives you the contents of the package and the price. I noticed the price was different.

You can also check your order history which is updated to tell you what is actually despatched when the status is y2.

Not received my one with the missing things yet. when i got the dispatch email it said the order was for £5 and i remember it was £8 when i placed the order so i checked in the order history it had changed but i didnt get any other emails.

anyone still waiting for y1's to turn into y2's? as i mentioned, i managed 6 orders as i was ordering for family members who couldnt even make 1 order due to the body shop blocking their cards. 3 of them have went to y2 but i'm still waiting for the other 3!

none of mine have turned to y2 yet ahh well we shall wait and see - it's not as if i'm desperate for stuff yet :rotfl: just got a load of new flavour body butters to try and im impatient! :P
