LAUARALAND - that is funny! I laughed to myself when I read the post about turnin the computer off......and hey I've just done it and its worked, only problem is my free delivery code has expired....oh well! I learned something new, get rid of pesky cookies by turning the computer off!

jazzconfused - I think it may be as I can only find batch codes on the butters and not other products that I have ie scrubs, shower gel etc. I will definitely email them again tomorrow.

Since reading that, I am beginning to wonder aswell if these glitches are glitches.
I did check my body butters and scrubs that I ordered on a recent "glitch" and they were B's and D's. I did email BS and didnt get a response and never got round to following it up. I 'll email the again tomorrow and let you know how I get on.

Sorry this might sound a bit dumb but which letter? Is is the first one or the last one? I've got some that end in A and B and some that start with X G and E so a bit confused!

That looks like to me that you are getting all your items but the strawberry set is your free item, hence the £0.00.
