dare you to add another "0" onto the end of your amount. go on - its only a zero - not even a real figure - dare you !!!! dare you!!! dare you!!!!!!!!:D:D

I think I'll just add a '1' at the front of the figure I had in my head, that will be sufficient and less pyschologically damaging than adding an extra zero :D

Off to stick it on the fridge now.....
It's not how far you fall - it's how high you bounce back.... :j

Strange coincidence, I went swimming yesterday with a friend who is also interested in getting motivated & out of the blue she said "I don't suppose you've heard about something called The Secret?" A friend has given her the DVD so I am going round to watch it with her next Tuesday.

Hi Helen, the DVD is really interesting, thats funny, I started waching mine again yesterday. I had it about a year ago and my life has changed since then. I got it out again as I thought I needed a refresher. It's even better this time, all I have learnt from my hypnotherapy studies back up the theory of the secret. You can choose how you feel, and that changes your life.
I started doing the affirmations and they are working already. I have been saying 'I love my work and earn a good living from it'. I have just been on e-bay and sold 4 buy now items over night, I have never woken up to that before! I also say 'I love and accept myself, I release all negativety from my being' .
I feel so much happier today, I hope it has the same effect on you :D
Sew it, knit it, glue it, reuse it , don't buy it

Just been on amazon and I think it,s a different DVD. I have 'you can heal your life' by Louise L Hay. It is the same principal as the secret and well worth a watch. I would be really interested to know how good 'the secret' DVD is.

I am a bit sceptical but anything that helps you think what you want out of life & what you are going to do to get it is going to be a good thing.

Mine always does after baking too :) Do you have a floury bottom too? I even manage to get in my hair sometimes!

Yup thats me with little baby handprints all over by bahookie:D and because i am still rather "ahem!!" endowed in the upper regions i seem to have casually accented those as well:rotfl::rotfl:

But kids are up to hi-doh!!!! Sometimes i think the whole ritual of preparing for a celebration is much more exciting for them - don't you?

ah!!! but you see, we no longer believe in coincidences. the universe needs you to get something from the DVD so it sent it along for you to get your message.

Of course DVD's don't have legs so it had to send your friend along as well:rotfl:

Let us know after tuesday how it is - I haven't seen it yet, but i hope that when the time comes it will come my way too.
