MG - so pleased for you!
hypno - you mentioned some grounding exercises, is there anything you can recommend please? as I think this would be very useful.
claire - Wow!! So happy for you :j I have to place my order yet - need to look into how I make the payments
kittikins - have only quickly read the last couple of days pages but do you help with sprucing up cv's? I would really appreciate some input if thats possible but apologies if I have got this info wrong
Looking forward to the further challenges - still in the throws (sp?) of the great de-clutter - I have spent more time in the storage under the stairs these last few days than I have all year - the trouble is most of the stuff isn't mine. I have been progressing with the other exercises in order alongside of this - am really enjoying the challenges.
Sorry if I have missed anyone off - hope everyone is well and sending positive thought to you all.

What a fantastic 24 hours its been - except for poor MG with the sickly lappy
KK - your VA idea is looking really good. Its one of the things I thought of myself, way back, since its one of the real life jobs I did when I was an office worker.... oh good grief... I was going to write "if the trading doesn't work out for me, I might be coming to you for a job" .... Nope. The trading is going to work out for me. The trading is going to work out for me. I will support KK in other ways than sub contracting from her when her business takes off.
And as for the universe giving us what we need rather than what we want - I've been half heartedly trying to get to bed by 11pm for a few days now, but in reality completely ignoring it. So what happened last night? My area had a power cut at just before 11pm! Fortunately, there's a box of matches in the desk, which is where I was sitting - but if I'd been downstairs, it would've been a different story. I've found that little power cuts happen 2 - 3 times a year, so thats a lesson for today - get a box of matches and at least one candle downstairs. And the other thing I'd forgotten - I laid my hands on the candles and matches really easily - but I'd forgotten about candle holders! It ended up being in a mug! Need to lay my hands on those too ....2023: the year I get to buy a car0 -

Morning ladies - guess what?
The new laptop decided it wanted to play - so this is my first post with my super-whizzy broadband.
Possibly you noticed I also now have little things like consistent CAPITAL LETTERS - sorry just showing off:D
I have decided that last nights hiccup with technology is not ony teaching me to make back-up plans but also get saving for another laptop that is more reliable to mve around with.
My head was whizzing with Claires news last night - and makes me even more determined to get a home for the Matrix sorted out for us over the weekend - I don't think we will have any problem getting to the magic 200 number that Mr Big talked about.
When I look at peeps who bought books, signed up for the Transatlanic Challenge and now want to play on the MG Matrix we are well on the way.
Remember the quotation:
"You need a dream, a scheme and a Team"
Well we each have our dream, with Mr Bigs help we are creating a scheme and - well, with Claire having sold more in the last week than she has in he last year - we have a fantastic team.
WE TOTALLY ROCK!!!!!!!!
PS I've decided to put the books on Amazon today to start towards a reliable laptop fund so I will let you know when they are up there. So my request for the day please (and it won't eventake you 15 minutes I promise)
To anyone who bought and loved the books - could you create a short "Raving Fans" testimonial that I can use on Amazon etc.
Many many thanks for making my days so brilliant

This place is totally amazing. I was feeling a bit down this morning (mostly because of the weather and some other stuff going on), but pop on here, read through stuff, and bingo, I am feeling brimming with positivity!
MG, glad to see your lappy is behaving itself. My hubby threatens our lappy with being taken to bits and put back together again, and invariably it starts working again!
Clairewop, what a FANTASTIC order for you. Well done! (And incidentally, I am even more impressed at your creations when you say - or imply- that you are making them with one hand?!!! I couldn't do that with four pairs of hands!!Totally in awe!)
Marathon runners, you are completely and totally bonkers... but well done! When I was created, it was not speed they had in mind!! I could NEVER do 26 miles of running. Hell, I couldn't do 26 miles of walking!!
Right... off to do my day job (blah) and plan a lovely weekend for my hubby and me.Next weekend is going to be stressful as we are spending it with my parents and my sister. We are supposed to be celebrating 70th birthdays of Mum and Dad... but things get very stressful with them very quickly, so I am not looking foward to it much!
So, I have decided we need to have a nice weekend this weekend to make up for that!

Now, now - one thing that this thread should be teaching you is that you can do ANYTHING if you put your mind to itSuccessful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. (Maud Van de Venne)Life begins at the end of your comfort zone (Neale Donald Walsch)0 -

Yup, I'm in too - aiming for a similar time to you
:rotfl:. It will be a piece of cake;). Seriously, I just need to figure out how I can manage working 50hrs a week, doing 2 uni courses and train for the Marathon:D-as you said, everything is possible if you put your mind to it:rotfl:.0 -

Actually, all we need is for 36 members of the matrix to do 15 mins each for us, and we both get our 4hr 30 time easily.
