  • Hi MG

My bank does the same as Kittikins - says Bank Credit on the day it appears then sorts itself out later in the day or by the next day.

    Hurray!

That Mantra certainly does work quickly. I hope it works for me come Friday!! My bank works the same way too, you will know in the morning probably and if your bank is anything like mine, they will tell you that they cant see it on the screen!!! Hope you havent already rushed out.

Can I please ask everybody for some positive vibes between now and Friday to the universe to be added to your long list of housebuyers, exam results, chickens etc etc. This one is slightly different,I want to be given the good news that I will have to leave my job by the end of October. The board are meeting this week to select the "lucky" applicants for voluntary severence. So as many good vibes as possible would be greatly appreciated.

    Good morning

I'm Shattered, Didn't sleep to well last night couldn't shut down, kept thinking I can do this :) things whirling around my mind.

    :)

Hi Claire, and sorry to hear about your mum. But the sleepless night is actually a brilliant sign - you want it enough, you are excited enough and you are thinking it - keep going. Did I mention that I came across something simple but powerful? It is that for success (financial included) we need:

    a dream + a team + a theme

Don't know about you but I feel so blessed that we have a powerful team, consisting of people with 'a dream'. Finding the 'theme' is crucial but srill a matter of technicallity.

    Cheri,

just sent the Universe a quick message on your behalf. Have you written a letter? This seems interesting - you write a letter and name all people who will sign it - and count me in on any letter to the Universe you write.

Fingers crossed. I took voluntary redundancy (effectively early retirement) last year and am loving it. However I was just as sick with dread while I was waiting for my turn to be notified as I was on all the other occasions when I was praying it WOULDN'T be me!!

If yours is an area where redundancies do happen from time to time then they will know from experience that it is just as well to accept as many applications as possible from people who want to go even if they wouldn't be an obvious choice, because if they want to go they won't be committed if you force them to stay. And they will end up going sooner or later when they can and then the company will be two people short instead of one and will end up having to fill at least one role. So fingers crossed for you
It doesn't matter if you are a glass half full or half empty sort of person. Keep it topped up! Cheers!
