think of this as creating the connections to help move you into your perfect life - a resource for you to build now to use when the time is right.
with 250 people on your list who each know 250 people - thats 62500 people just a phone call away to:
show you how to build a hen run
source laying hens
building raised beds
putting up coathooks in school
moving a workshop shed
change my rear brake shoes in the car
putting stud walls up in my bedroom
.................just some of the stuff i've been able to get help doing from my list in the last few weeks, and funnily enough none of them directly linked to building a business. i can't wait to actually use it for the getting back to work stuff because i love building a relationship first and then favours can flow to and fro easily. seems to me a nicer way to build a business - people first.
did that make sense - because i am typing around a snuffling baby.

Perfect sense. - Do you have any lavender oil? try burning some in a diffuser or make a steam bath for little one to pop his head under a towel and over the bowl. Will help lots. (or olbas oil) and he will have fun doing it.Some days there aren't any trumpets, just lots of dragons. Courage doesn't always roar. I am sorry to hear that Claire (((((hugs)))))
Have you thought about hosting a jewellery party in your house to start with, then aim to sign some of your guests up to hosting in their house (if it is nearby then you could maybe get a taxi) or you could make some samples of jewellery for them to buy and then they could earn commission on orders for the same thing? Just a couple of ideas.
My house is in such a state at the moment, i'm too embarrased to invite people, they would have to close their eyes when they came in and party in the kitchen cause its the only decent room in the house at the moment.Boiler pot £30.92/£10000 -

Today was the first day of my PGCE, how exciting!! I have to say, me sitting in lectures drawing mind maps instead of taking boring traditional notes was a good talking point/ice breaker so shy little me managed to make some new friends today! So thank you Memory Girl- This year I'll have brilliant notes and I'll also have a brilliant social life! :j
You can add me to your golden rolodex if you think I'd be of any use. I'll be a proper teacher this time next year so I'll be in a position to recommend your books and services. My fellow trainee teachers might also be interested, so if you got some fliers made I could distribute them?
Aw thats fab - notes and a social life. and here was me thinking it was all about colouring in :rotfl::rotfl:
i once sat at the front of a brian tracey presentation - mind map and mini skirt:D

Well , I have learnt that my house and the area in which i live do not figure at all in my perfect week ....or any where else in my life  and so I am in 'denial' This is not my home anymore [after living and enjoying it for 20 yrs ] I have been avoiding facing the fact for about 2yrs, so now i have to acknowledge this to my friends, [all of you !] and my family
....THEN come up with the route to attain my perfect new home.
A big struggle , and having admitted it , I feel a bit adrift. No doubt the answer will present itself as this is where i trust the universe!
Onwards and upwards !

 now that is scary, 100 contacts all thanks to one woman, 71p and 3 nappies.
I vote that 12 months down the line the 100 followers should sign a letter of thanks to the twerp of a bank manager who tried to break you down but instead has given you so many more opportunities than you could have imagined (ok so only after you have weathered the worst of the storms) and detail quite explicitly how wonderful your life is (see putting the future there now) DESPITE his (unspeakable words) actions that day.
Would love to see his face!
omg!! lets do this!!!!!!!!!! 100 letters to be opened by the branch on the same day i go in and pay off the mortgage in £1 coins and all my pals behind me.

best parties are in the kitchen anyways
could you teach people how to make a piece of jewellery. U turf up with your box of bits - do a blue peter and then let them have a go at something small, like earings or mobile dangly thingie.
people will pay a premium to "learn how" and make something for themselves - then make sure you keep everyone on your list for doing parties or commission based sales in the future. with lots of pretties on display you can make additional sales on the day - and sell vouchers for a "jewellery experience" too.
we made our bridesmaid jewellery at a party and it was great wearing it on the day because we had all been together making it. bride also commissioned her tiara from the lady who taught us.
great idea if you like the niche - get yourself around to local bridal shop and pop some bits into their display and leave your flyers.
Any other ideas for clairewop/??

I tried making Tiaras lol nearly threw everything out the windowneed two good arms I think for all the wire work.
I'm not a very cofident person, so even though your ideas are fab, I don't think I could approach shops.
I have taught a church group to make earrings and sold jewellery on the night. But wouldn't have a clue how to market it.
I love the jewellery making bit, just not keen on the selling bit lolBoiler pot £30.92/£10000
