You did agree to it - at the point of sale. As Silk said, it's always there (and, in fact, not as obscure as he suggests). There is nothing you can do unless they offer some sort of GENUINE gesture of goodwill; if I were them I would not do that.
Since the Geek Squad has a separate dd to an entirely different organisation and would not be mentioned on the network bill it would be utterly futile to use the argument that you thought they were all part of your network contract. Bite the bullet and be much more attentive to the detail when you order on-line (and not just with mobile phone contracts!). Caveat Emptor.0 -
I was checking my bank statements, as previously stated - I just assumed it was part of the contract I had signed up for, not some bogus insurance I never agreed to.
But you must have wondered why your monthly fee was £11.99 more than you had been quoted?No free lunch, and no free laptop
