I was troubled by the use of the word "environment" as well and had a picture of a dog caged up in some sort of run outside in which case I'd be looking at buying some Jeyes Fluid.

She is far from "caged up" as she has an acre of ground to run about on as well as been taking on walks. She has a area made from concrete where she uses daily and I was wondering what should be used to clean it.

My dogs environment is outside although she has her own house outside with lights, windows, doors, her kennel (which she does not like and therefore she does not use it) and an acre of ground as I mentioned above.

Please don't be so defensive. Your original post was unclear and ambiguous so it's not surprising that folk put 2 and 2 together and got 5. If you want a sensible answer it's often best to ask people a sensible question and supply all of the information first rather than people try to be mid-readers.

The answer to your question is "Jeyes Fluid as often as you deem necessary"

I use bleach for the back yard area where the dogs toilet and wash down with lots of clean water afterwards. Usually do it about once a fortnight in the hight of summer, less often in the winter.

We used to use Parvocidal disinfectant and Odor-kill to clean our dogs' runs at our previous house - you can get them here :- www.petcetera.co.uk

be wary of using jeyes fluid if there are cats about - it is toxic to them, even if they just walk across it.
I don't know half of you half as well as I should like, and I like less than half of you half as well as you deserve.
