Tesco chopped toms with basil,59p...3 for 1...got £3.54 back????

So let me get this straight... one carton will take £1.18 off my shopping? Or do I need to get three for it to even work?

I'm going to do a test purchase in a minute.

It was posted on HUKD first and as a lot of MSE'rs use both sites chances are they've 'thanked' it over there instead as the deal is now very hot.

So if I buy three and the glitch is no longer there, I'll be charged 59p for three? and if it's working, it'll take £3.54 off my bill.

just went to my local tesco and they had changed the labeling by hand to buy one get one free so thought thats not bad anyhows so picked up six aswell as a few other things and put the toms thru first and totaled it and it came to zero! lol so got 6 for free which aint bad!
