Ok so I've just spent 45 minutes cleaning one layer of muck off my oven :o

My oven shelves are now soaking in stardrops in what was a nice clean bath.

Honestly, stardrops aren't strong enough for the baked on stuff. Need scrubby things.

But I have clean oven door!!! :D
working on clearing the clutterDo I want the stuff or the space?

    Drum roll please:D

Pigpen I have cleaned the oven:j:rotfl:

Thanks to whoever recommended Astonish, I got some yesterday and it's brilliant. I can even see through the glass door:T

Well done you (it was me who recommended astonish)

Been to the library/recycling/scrapstore so a whole bootload of stuff flung.

Just got to do a few bits on here and then 2 hours in the garden as the sun has kindly come to visit and it would be so rude not to go outside and join it:rotfl:

Afternoon campers. How come the sun is shining outside yet it is cold inside...hmm. Think I might have to shut the living room..lol

Haven't really been that productive since I got up, but I have done two loads of washing and one load is on the line in the sunshine. The birds have been fed, although I don't think they were that interested in their breakfast. Mr and Mrs Dove had obviously been having a bath in the water tray again, it was totally empty of water. So I had to fill that up.. Now why they can't use the various other watering objects in the garden I don't know..lol Haven't seen Asbo robin today, but maybe that is a good thing as he really doesn't like the sparrows for some reason. He doesn't mind Hoody and Mrs Hoody (the two blackbirds!), he has quite a rapport with them. And he definately doesn't take on Woody the woodpigeon..lol

Picked a couple of lettuce leaves for my lunch sarnie, so will have them with some ham later.

I am off to my friends house after lunch, she wants to see me. I will probably do a couple of things for her to help her out, thankfully her hand isn't giving her too much grief. But she has two more foster children coming this afternoon for 4 days respite care. I think the beds might need changing, so between us we can do these together. I promise Toots and LL I won't overdo it, and will only do a few things to help her.

I haven't had my bath yet, sorry LL I know I said I was going to have it after I had texted you, but I kind of got waylaid with the t.v...lol

Hugs to everyone, especially LL, Toots and Diva - where are you sweetie? Are you okay?

Afternoon all, I have had a fantastic morning, done level 1, 2, and 3 for the whole week so far, and will be starting on the ironing mountain today as my big extra job for the week. I have also washed the inside of all downstairs windows this morning and made a batch of cookies, which I haven't touched. Really pleased with myself. It's amazing what you can get done when your turn off the laptop!

jennyj Speaking for myself I wouldn't buy stuff from the Body Shop. I sent my loyalty card back to them in disgust when they were bought by Loreal.
Interesting - I hadn't realised that they had sold out.

Of course in order to do it yourself you would have to have known about the relative.
