FFP (((hugs))) hope things settle down at home soon xx
Mumto5 I dont have children as you know so I may not be much use to you! I think I would have confiscated the cigs but would have confronted her - the only problem with that is that she is going to see it as a breach of her privacy - but ....if no smoking is the rule of the house then she has to realise she needs to abide by it and that you are doing it for her good - although teenagers rarely see it that way (I know I didnt!!) ETA Oh thats very difficult when OH smokes cigars - maybe you need to get some appropriate leaflets or stuff on the net as to what exactly she is doing to herself.
angelnikki and thriftyscotslass havent seen you for a while - hope you both doing ok?

Came back, hoovered the matress, turned it and put new proctector on. Brought all the dry washing in and hung another load out. I so know what you mean! Lots of good advice from the others, but I've yet to find something that won't cause an argument. Sometimes mine will find something useful to do, but more often than not he just watches the box - literally anything that's vaguely interesting. Fortunately he's out bowling later and he's promised to sort a job in the garden before then.
I've made a start sorting through the aftermath of the decluttering session yesterday. Lots of things need re-homing/taking places. Will have to wait for car to get on with that. Laundry started and DW on. DS1 out for meal with friends and DS2 playing with friend from next door. Will do a last hunt for dirty washing before putting the next lot on. Then cuppa and battle on.0 -
