Picture copied!

Someone copied my photo and listed it on their item.

I made it myself too :(

What can I do?

    1. Ask them nicely not to use it.
    2. Failing that or any response, report them to ebay.

I would contact them and ask them to remove the picture as it is your copyright. Try and be polite about it and give them 24 hours to remove it.

If they don't remove your image then there is an option in ebay to report copyright theft, can't remember where abouts it is but I am sure someone will be along with a link.

If I report his item will eBay remove the photo or end his listing or will they do nothing at all?
I looked on eBay and it is definetly against the rules to copy a photo.

If they catch it in time, they'll remove the listing.

    Thank you

I wonder how long they would take to look at it?

I will put my name all over it next time I make a photo!

If they've linked to your picture then you could rename/replace/delete it. If they've downloaded it then you'll have to go another route.
