Just ordered mine. After 2 hours of trying, I only just realised that I didn't even need to enter the code and the credits were auto added to my account in the first place. I found this by clicking on 'Live chat help' at the checkout!
Very confusing... and I don't see why i got sent a code in the first place.. if i didnt need to use it !
Can't wait for mine to come. Just put pictures of all the family on for my dad for fathers day present

Mmmm, looks like i have a major problem. bear with me it's complicated!!
Since last night i have been trying and trying to get the code to work, tried making a new account, going in through the email link, putting the code in manually, copied and pasted, no code, etc.
Each time i have gone to check out and into my paypal page to see if the code had been redeemed which i hadn't so i clicked on cancel and each time which would take me back to the checkout page.
As a last ditched attempt i thought i would add 2 mugs to see if maybe the code would come off. So i went to checkout and rather than be taken to my paypal page (which i was already logged into still by the way) to check to see if the code had worked i just got a page saying thank you for your order with an order number.
How the hell has that happened?? i didn't even get to see the details on my paypal page, that can't be right??
So now i find myself with a £18.96 order for 2 mugs when i only wanted 1 mug free with the £1.99pp.
It says to cancel you have to phone within 2 hours mon-fri??? but it's Sunday so how can i do that?
I have just sent them an email to explain everything and await their reply which i probably will not get until tomorrow.0 -
