Thank OP xx

Well I've got the CC code, try to enter it on the Truprint screen but it's asking me to type in some letters to prove I'm human......... but there are no letters there!!

Tried creating the mug then entering the CC code at the payment stage but the code was not recognised.

I'll try emailing them at lunchtime, just hope I'm not too late by then.

I had that problem with the captcha letters not being there to type, I removed cookies with ccleaner, rebooted and tried again the letters were back to type then.
I always wanted to be a procrastinator, never got round to it...

Well, who would have thought it would be so hard for me to prove myself human!!

Thanks again Tulip: when I F5 I get taken back to the original page and have to fill in my email and password again and then move on to the next page but the Capitcha is still missing. I've sent Truprint a message so hopefully it will get sorted.

TY Icefall, good idea, but still get 'Sorry the characters you entered do not match the image'

I've 2 other pc's, a netbook and 2 smartfone in the house so I'll do it if it kills me!!

Hi guys

Just a quicky - each code generated is unique for each individual, so using the code shared above won't work - you'll need to go to Captain Cash and follow the links through from there which lets you then register or login at Truprint (not Snapfish!)

Any questions email me at feedback@truprint.co.uk

If anyone is still stuck with the captcha to prove your human not showing on the photo site I had this problem and can explain what I did if it helps.

Basically I already had an existing account and it wouldn't work when I was logged in and just showed a blank bit where the captcha was supposed to be it did this everytime I tried it. That was with different browsers and even a different old account I had etc.

So in the end I just had to create a new account with a new email address and that finally showed me the captcha code in the process which allowed me to carry on applying for the mug. It's abit long winded but the only way it would show me it. Hope that helps someone

Made mine.. :D

It was a bit confusing redeeming the offer because the Checkout said £7.99 - and asked for credit card information. eeekk
However, when I used Paypal the 7.99 was deducted and was only charged £1.99 p&p. :T
• Thanks ever so much for this, I have just ordered one. Been looking for a decent online photo things (with some freebies-even better).

It doesnt seem to have an option to check my order now I've done it though so hope it got my photos on there right!
