Really difficult!! You get the code from CC, then are directed to snapfish. They give you another code which you use when you log in to apply the free mug. You cannot create the mug on this site but on Truprint. Best bet is to check your account credits but ensure you check for all associated companies. It will come up as credited to truprint - click on there and you should be well away.
