Is anyone having trouble accessing the Truprint website? I can't get into it at all, it just seems to crash before drawing the page....

I couldn't get my code to work so emailed Truprint about and they have advised me to process the order and then email them the order number and they will credit my order with a refund for the cost of the mug. The trouble is, I can no longer access the Truprint website - it seems to be crashing, whether I try via a link or whether I type the website address in. Is anyone else having this problem? I've been trying for a day or two now.

They havent reached their limit yet for mugs as I just created mine this morning and ordered successfuly.I did have problems previously with code not working.Go to your account on www.truprint.co.uk and you should see the code there saying 11oz Collage mug,hit redeem to use that code,then go to check out and go through the order process,at the end you should see collage mug £7.99 then -£7.99 then delivery 000 then £1.99 the price you pay then place the order and its done.You then get an e-mail from truprint with your order number and thats it,so happy,cant wait for my mug to arrive and at £1.99 its a fantastic offer.

Well I've got the CC code, try to enter it on the Truprint screen but it's asking me to type in some letters to prove I'm human......... but there are no letters there!!

Tried creating the mug then entering the CC code at the payment stage but the code was not recognised.

I'll try emailing them at lunchtime, just hope I'm not too late by then.

can you get into your truprint account? if you can,go to your account and the code you got from Captain Cash should be there,click on redeem then checkout.your order summery on screen should read £7.99 then -£7.99 then final total should read £1.99 then you get an e-mail confirming order,then once its reached truprint they let you know by e-mail that it is waiting to be processed.I dont work for truprint its just this method worked for me after having problems with my code.

ok no problem.If its registering on Captain Cash I didnt have the capitcha yesterday for inputing but I refreshed the page and finally got one to input,can you try that?
