Six, seven if divorcingjack comes, eight if Jinky comes, and there are still a few to reply to pms, but they've not been on for a while, think I'll stalk jexygirl too, as she was very keen but hasn't been on lately. Bsiness must be good. :)

Of course your name's down, See the above post, I just wasn't sure as you never said :)

Swan - you must come to Big Tent this year! I will be making an a**se of myself doing talks about bread - OH is the baker, but too shy!

His sister is organising all the music on the Friday night - it will be excellent..:j
The whole site is so pretty and there are buffalo burgers from Puddledub .. mmmmmmmmmmmmm

So funny that you are just down the road in dundee - looking forward to meeting you tomorrow.

(I have joined the flylady thread this morning! Trying to mitigate some of the shame at meeting all you master OS'ers)

    dj
The festival sounds great, I'll see if I can get across for a day, don't think I can do the whole weekend
what day are you doing the bread talk? :)

I wanted to go the year the Peatbog Faries were on, I saw them at the Outsider Festival at Aviemore a couple of years ago & they were absolutely amazing :D

Master OS'er??? I'd have to tidy my house (or at least get the 3 doors that are lying in my dining room re-hung) before I could join the Flyladies! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Swan - I haven't a clue when the talks are going to be - I think we might have a slot on Saturday and Sunday.

The conversation went along the lines of

OH: "hon, you like talking don't you?"
ME: "erm, yes .. I suppose so"
OH: "great, you can do the Bread Club talk at big tent then"
ME: "well, I don't really know much about bread"
OH: "I'll give you carrot cake and maybe some lemon drizzle cake"
    ME: "OK, deal"

Don't think I've seen the Peatbog Fairies (great name!), but have you ever seen Trecherous Orchestra? They were outstanding! So much fun. You should look them up on youtube.

    dj

PS: I've got unhung doors sitting upstairs, I'm sure we took them off for a reason, but it is lost in the mists of time.
    Self-building fund :eek:: £4259
    Savings target: 1 rainy year 10000/10000 :j

WINS 2011: Briggs & Reilly Suitcase, Nail Polish, Book, AEGON international tennis tickets x2, 4* trip to London including Michelin Star dinner :j

divorcingjack, when is it on, I love Falkland Palace, and had a wee look on the NTS site but couldn't see anything about it. I am definitely coming if there is cake! And bread! :D

love how you got involved in the bread talk :D

I thought the Peatbog Faeries were on the bill maybe two years ago? I was over in Falkland & saw the posters, I wanted to go, but something got in the way & I didn't make it
maybe it was longer ago though, my memory's not what it was, they say it's my age :o

I notice King Creosote's playing at the Big Tent they were on that festival in Aviemore too. it was in '07 & was a Green/ Eco/Environmental festival, great fun & atmosphere, but every year since then it's been cancelled :(

Salsa Celtica played too, they were excellent :)

*goes off to look up Trecherous Orchestra*
