Oh how funny - we should get them chatting - his first cyber-romance!

lol, I'd never get near the computer, she is a chatterbox. She would want to know his whole life story!

Hope you are feeling ok today.

    Nope

But guess what? I'm booked in for the school hols :):)

    It looks GREAT!!
What I love about it, is it can be as cheap or as expensive day as you want it to be. I last went during easter hols, took buckets and spades for kids and they spent hours building a dam. The sand is very orange :D so the kids love it for playing in and I can sit from the more comfortable grassy bank and watch them. I usually take a picnic. The children aren't allowed to swim in the lake but they can paddle. There is also a free playground with swings etc.

Thanks for the messages.....and contrary to popular belief, I didn't give birth today ;) just didn't make it online due to hospital appointment/getting lost in Leeds/falling asleep :)

Still having twinges, in fact had a whopping contraction earlier and got all excited but now.....NOTHING! But I've walked quite a distance today (by accident - got lost :o) so no wonder I'm a bit twingey I suppose.

Spendless, we took DS to that place in Hemsworth a couple of years ago (I live in Leeds by the way), but I'd forgotten all about it, so thanks for reminding me. We might go again at some point during school holidays if you fancy it (and anyone else who's in the area too). It's a fab day out. :D

I'm not too good with the sun, in fact I think I might be allergic to it, but I can bring a big parasol if it's a lovely day!

Hubby is trying to blow up a birthing ball (one of those exercise balls from Argos) but isn't having much success - it looks saggy no matter what he does - has anyone got one that could give us some tips on how to get it firmer? (I know that sounds vaguely rude, sorry lol!)

Hope everyone is okay and has had a lovely day so far xxx

    Thanks Nicola, you too!

With all the excitement of the last few days I've not been keeping my eye on money really, although I've had 4 no spend days, so I think we should be okay. Hubby is getting quotes for the car repairs this afternoon though, so I'll have to go through our finances and see how we are doing. Might be back later for some help lol!

Haven't even updated my sig with our shopping and petrol spending so I'll start there I think.
