you can print them out and plot her weight on them, youll get a better idea of how she is doing.

Re the supporter training, i go to a bf coffee morning in my area and was asked if i wanted to do it. If its something that interests you, speak to your hv, she should be able to let you know if there is somewhere in your area doing training, mine is at a surestart centre.
