It's bonafide and works, the main link (which they will most likely use in future) which jumps to the evanquis site is vanquisonline.co.uk

Once logged in it's just like any other online card platform.

You can call the usual customer number to sort the login details out (I was locked out) they know exactly what the online facility is.

    Just signed up for this.

But when trying to login it said Passcode blocked after my 1st attempt at logging in! :(

Phoned Vanquis like it said too. They where very un-helpful, kept thinking I was talking about the payment site. :(

So now if I try to login it says Passcode blocked, Vanquis won't help to reset, and now I don't even know if this site is legit or not.

Getting worried someone has just stole my credit card details! :(

I tried this yesterday and it looked odd, but once logged in the balances and statements etc were all correct so its okay, but today when I try to log in I have been blocked and I can't be bothered to phone them as it still looks too experimental, will wait until its announced officially. So for me I will still phone the automated freephone number and get a balance etc.

I found if you use Google Chrome it doesn't like it. So would recommend using Internet Explorer. The number I used when i was locked out was 0871 770 3058. It's in the FAQs. They give you a temporary passcode which will prompt you to change to a different one when you log in.

About time! I may actually start using the card again now. I didn't like not knowing how much I had on there etc. and calling up an 08 number was just too much hassle considering I had another card + debit cards.

EDIT: Spoke too soon! I also had someone elses email address and mobile number displayed (it was an O2 email address, are other people getting the same address or are everyones being given out randomly?) and then it wouldn't accept my correct passcode and its now blocked.

Has anyone called vanquis about this? I can't as I'm abroad.

Was the email address an O2 email? I'm just wondering whether that one address is popping up for everyone or whether all of us are having our email and phone number randomly given to people!

I never thought about it until now but when I signed up it gave me a Blueyonder email address and mobile number then when I went back thinking I had put in the wrong details it gave me a different email and phone number so I just cancelled it, but should they be told as its not good business practice showing other peoples email and phone numbers !.
