We've got some Boi Oil Katsu, its amazing stuff and has made a huge difference. I remind him to oil his leg every night, he says he feels like the Tin Man off Wizard of Oz

I do have some aqueous cream that I purchased 2yrs ago when DH was in hospital. It is still on the bathroom windowsill. I don't know if we ever opened it
I could look at it later?
I popped to Tesco first thing and they had enormous (grapefruit size) tubs of aqueous cream for £1. Really plain packaging. I thought - that looks a bargain but I don't know what it is for

What's with this weather today? sunny one minute, bouncing it down with hail the next?????
I had to make a little bubble wrap 'skirt' to go round my french beans last night because there was a risk of frost.
...Linda xxIt's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.0 -

Why not start from the beginning and post a SOA and we can see if we can help?
I am glad you are back x
We manage month to month, but thats all, very little if anything left over. Gas and leccy are about to probably double due to the end of a price fix period. I suppose we could cancel Sky, but it's our only luxury. We never go out etc.
There's just so much we'd like to do, but have nothing to do it with IYKWIM

Thanks Bunny, Real bio oil or just the cheapy one in aldi? Should I try the quality one first?
Tenmah - I've just been reading the oil cleanse stuff. Looks worth a try, as I do find the expensive dermalogica pre-cleanse oil is very good so maybe a couple of cleanses a week with this oil method would be good.
You are all such amazing friends here *gets misty eyes* I'm normally better with guys than girls but feel like I've made such good friends here. I actually feel brave enough to try the next face to face meet
Unless of course it is in Scotland or somewhere so far away

I was precscribed aqueous by the Dr for DD when she was a baby and had excema. It made it worse...Empty pockets never held anyone back, only empty heads and empty hearts can do that -Peale0

            Spud,
Look at reducing payments for your DMP or can you get another part-time job?
DH is really pleased-in the past year we put in a new boiler, cavity wall insulation and loft insultaion. We have had a rebate of £200 for gas and used exactly HALF as much in the same period as last year (3500 units vs 7000!) and our payments have been reduced by over £20 a month-this means everything we changed will have been paid for in 2.5 years. Also, we had a MUCH nicer winter this year, warmer and more comfortable.Empty pockets never held anyone back, only empty heads and empty hearts can do that -Peale0
