I read somewhere on the site the other day the weight dry pasta you should use for a large portion if you're following the WW plan....This spurred me off to go and find out and actually weigh out proper portion sizes of pasta, rice and potatoes...:o makes for some interesting findings.....
Had a yummy lunch of all the odds and ends of frozen veg, steamed in the wok with a bit of grated cheese on top....yums!"Start every day off with a smile and get it over with" - W. C. Field.0 -

Thanks for the welcome back girls. Sorry I've been away so long. Been having a bit of a LBM, realised we're really quite poor (:o) plus we're trying to do some work in the garden. DS's leg is tons better, he's still got a big scar, but it's lovely and smooth so will hopefully fade with timeIs it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches :think:Loves being a Wonderbra friend :kisses3:

spud - aldi (or was it lidl) had some imitation bio oil. Bio oil is supposed to be good for reducing scarring. Might be worth a look. Glad he is OK.
Beanie - that would be lovely thanks, I tried to PM you but your mailbox is full - I assume you need my addy unless you've still got the bunny envelope (and I doubt I wrote it in full).Debt at highest: £8k. Debt Free 31/12/2009. Original MFD May 2036, MF Dec 2018.0 -
            Spud,
