I think it's got quite a lot of paraffin in it.

Look at reducing payments for your DMP or can you get another part-time job?
DH is really pleased-in the past year we put in a new boiler, cavity wall insulation and loft insultaion. We have had a rebate of £200 for gas and used exactly HALF as much in the same period as last year (3500 units vs 7000!) and our payments have been reduced by over £20 a month-this means everything we changed will have been paid for in 2.5 years. Also, we had a MUCH nicer winter this year, warmer and more comfortable.
We're both on quite low incomes Bun, I'd have to earn about £4k a year more to see any benefit because they just take any extra we earn off our child tax credits.scaredy_cat wrote: »Spud, make sure your not tied into paying standard rate when your gas and leccy fixed rate ends. My hubby has been moping about all weekend, he had another steroid injection right into the elbow joint of his right arm on Friday, he then can't move his arm much for a few days let alone use it, it's incredibly painful too

He's going stir crazy.
