thanks LMC - I've got a textbook next to me that I read yesterday. It belongs to the library so I can't mark the bits I want to quote.

I will make some tea and make a start. I'm just so sick of redoing this stupid thing, but if I don't put the effort in and pass it will cost me dearly.

My daughter has the same problem as you do and has recently been using the oil on skin method. She does it every other day and her skin is defintely clearing up.
