    As I have the Vitabiotics wellwoman tablets here, if you decide they are the ones you want to get, you could always "borrow" half a pack (or a pack) from me and send back a replacement later?

    Re the diabetic ones - yes, I know pcos can be "treated" with metformin, same as diabetes, so when I saw you mention chromium I went to get DH's diabion vitamins to check them out.

    Ames is right, you can overdose on some vitamins (they recommend not taking too much of some B vitamins too). Frankly I took separate B6 at 1000 x RDA (I think) for pmt related mood issues and I felt it was great and had no problems.

    You've made me decide to go back on the wellwoman vitamins anyway, so thanks :)

    Ames, how will you sleep tonight after coffee all day?

    My swollen face under my eyes is sore - I need to be incredibly careful to keep the antibiotic cream away from that area tonight.

    Katsu, if it's anything like I'm feeling now I'll sleep like a baby! I haven't had coffee for a few hours and I wont be going to bed till midnight when I've watched all tonight's tv so I'll be ok. and the instant coffee I've been drinking doesn't seem to have much caffeine in it, it doesn't affect me as much as real coffee does.

    I'm really sorry your face is so bad, can you change the antibiotic cream if you see your doctor?

    I'd have to see him first - I saw him when he said I had acne (not enough hair for PCOS apparently and due to contraceptive solution - I assume you are going for same as me - unable to comment on regularity etc). He has since only spoken to me on the phone. I rang to say the spots were returning and the receptionist told me to send an email, I got no call from him just a repeat prescription.

    If it stays this sore and swollen I'll need to stop using it and go back. I'm hoping it has just made me hugely sensitive (I have sensitive skin to start with) and so trying a new moisturiser made the swelling worse.

    Where are you up to on 24 Ames? OH downloads the latest episodes for us to watch so I am wondering where it is up to on Sky?

    renee was killed last week, taylor is ignoring the russian thing, and Jack's just stolen a helicopter.
