So much going on on the new thread already! I'm going to aim for just 9 this month. I have my new job (and just got paid for it) so I'm trying to work a different way of keeping track of my spending now.
Also (since I want it written down) last month I got a final NSD on Friday, but didn't have chance to post on the old thread. However that took my total to 11/12.0 -
We had a lovely, cheap weekend away. I managed to sneak an extra NSD in on Friday bringing my total for April to 23, one more than I'd hoped for :j
Both Saturday & Sunday were NSD's so 2 down 20 to go, very happy with this start. Today was grocery shopping but as it was a bank holiday the builders stayed at home and the kettle stayed cold.
My mission tomorrow is to catch up with this thread (and to keep up for the rest of the month).Fashion on a ration 2025 0/66 coupons spent
79.5 coupons rolled over 4/75.5 coupons spent - using for secondhand purchases

:hello: Hello Tixy
As you know, Spoon is great at [STRIKE]nagging[/STRIKE] gently encouraging us to reach our target - which this month is Brighton
.
...Oh yes, amd some of us are hoping not to spend money for x amount of days this month! I've the same target as you.
And I figure it's now safe enought to declare today NSD 2Jan10: 28,315.81 Jan11: 18,015.32 Jan12: 7,682.58 Jan13: 2,987.73 Current debt: 1,225.55

Hi lovely NSD gang:A
Everyone’s been busy chatting away today - great to see - and we seem to have decided we’re going to Brighton for our next outing - pebbly beach and all (chip fat at the ready, Nargle!). Would be good to see Fatboy Slim, might need some planning though and we definitely need to plan it for when BDINI can make it- think she needs a mad night out!!:):)
Welcome to the newbies joining us. We’re a friendly bunch on here, have a lot of laughs and occasional bouts of insanity, but we’re all committed to getting as many NSDs as possible, so keep posting and we’ll give you lots of encouragement.
Tixy - :wave:hi, you’re very welcome here, good to have you on board. Signing you up for 10 and don’t worry, you’ll get plenty of encouragement/nags from me... And well done for no 1 today - great start!:j

Morning everyone, sorry, have been MIA the last couple of days. Im afraid I cannot report any NSD's as yet, have had little spends: papers and rolls on Sunday and a small grocery shop yesterday, bah!
Anyhoo, my aim is to make today and tomorrow NSDs, I will report accordingly!:)
Right then - when is Brighton? Ive never been there but I def fancy the pier - is there a fair? Mind you that could be really nasty after a few shandies and candy floss. :rotfl:
BMF I'm staking a claim for a space for my sleeping bag on your floor!
Move the lawnmower pls! I'll bring you some haggis pakoras and deep fried Mars Bars in case you've withdrawal symptoms!;)
Have a great day all!
you will always be rich enough to be generous.0 -
Good morning all, won't be a NSD today for me but I promise at least one later in the week, slap my bottom and shove me in the deep freeze if I don't.
Weddings - my daughter gets hitched begiinning of July so I am sure a NSD gang invasion will be welcome. Also some friends of mine get hitched end of May and are going on honeymoon to the Caribbean, shall we join them?
Brighton is looking good, candy floss and fairgrounds will add to the fun. Who shall we book for the live music?
Lady from Venice - some of us trollzappers may have invaded the NSD thread, but any NSD bod is more than welcome to join the trollzappers on the Notice to Newcomers thread - we bump the anti-troll message to the top of the threads list to reassure any scared newbies.
Have a good day everyone and keep up the good NSD work. One life - your life - live it!0
