Finally, when i opened mine on Friday just gone, i opened it with a cheque for the full £5,100 from my Lloyds TSB account. Would this possibly be rejected due to the amount?I wasn't asking that though. My comment was referring to pumpkinettes post about funds being returned.
If it's the statement about "Third Party" cheques in pumkinette's post you're querying, that means a cheque from an account held in someone else's name, rather than one held in your own name (or joint including your name). Sorry if this still hasn't answered your question again, but I can't see why you'd think the amount of the cheque would affect it being returned.0
