    If it's the statement about "Third Party" cheques in pumkinette's post you're querying, that means a cheque from an account held in someone else's name, rather than one held in your own name (or joint including your name). Sorry if this still hasn't answered your question again, but I can't see why you'd think the amount of the cheque would affect it being returned.
