Whats your point?
I'm using property bee to assess sentiment of individual properties or the market as a whole in the area I am looking at.
Sold prices aren't very usefull to me if I am looking to buy a property and it has already been sold
Not to interested in asking prices as a whole either. Most of the properties I was looking at last month were down in price however because a flood of new property came onto the market asking prices were up. A month later these properties are now dropping their prices.
Property bee is a great tool

are you sure Brit?? everytime you say this house prices move up in value every month...Yes on rightmove, property bee is showing lots of property that came on in March have dropped the price in April
you're area covers the Twickenham, Richmond, Hounslow area and these prices have gone up consistently each month for the last year. do we need to show you the data for your area or will you continue to make things up?0 -
Whats your point?
It's very simple.
Asking prices can vary a lot and can be very dependent on indivudual persons / estate agents.
As you will have seen on Property bee, people change them constantly, both up and down.
What is a valid indicator is what actual selling prices are for the area and type of property you are interested in:wall:

You could say the same for those who were prolific yesterday and missing in action today.

Not really, anyone who finds the LR figures particularly surprising given the amount of posts we get about the Haliwide ones wants their heads read. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -

Maybe its the upper end of the market and the homebuy/shared ownership distorting this on a baisis of low transactions. Not the cheaper end, you can look yourself on property bee, my search datais uploaded to their server so you will see what I mean:exclamatiScams - Shared Equity, Shared Ownership, Newbuy, Firstbuy and Help to Buy.
