I think there are people who come on this site sometimes just to pick a fight and (try to) win, maybe after a bad day at work all you need do is pick on someone else to make yourself feel better !!

sorry about the response i hadnt read ur messege it ok i ll keep the series 1 hadnt got it on dvd any way

i had already told him previously that i needed the dvd back as it had been sold and that i would pay for return postage any ideas what else i can do to try and get him to send it back?

i wouldnt mind but the response has annoyed me more the emails were all sent through ebay so he would have seen that he had messages when he logged in to leave me the neg! :rolleyes:

I dont know really - I guess there is nothing you can do to force him to send it back. Has the person paid etc for the one that you mistakenly sent this guy? Maybe he could keep this and leave it at that - providing the other person hasnt paid?!

no the other person hasnt paid yet, a npb was opened on monday and he hasnt bothered to respond as yet neither, funnily enough i was having problems with the one that hasnt paid before i had this problem the post is on here somewhere - another newbie ebayer who doesnt seem to grasp the whole concept of ebay :rolleyes:
