No you didn't deserve it, but rather then neg him, I'd post a reply on the neg you received. That always impresses me more then seeing mutually removed comments. Then neg him back for incompetence.

I didnt intend to even try and get it removed with the complete lack of contact i have had from him i doubt he would bother to respond to ebay neither.

Im currently trying to think of the best way to word my neg to him and my response to the neg he gave me, personally if it was me looking at my own feedback i would look into the person who gave the neg's feedback aswell to see if it was deserved or not - as i do before buying from anyone on ebay, and i personally think his feedback speaks for itself....
Just kicking myself for not checking his feedback previously

He's a newbie who clearly doesn't know what feedback is for. He obviously thinks that feedback is for communicating. God forbid he tries to email his sellers.

I think you're risking getting another neg by filing a NPB for an item you don't even have!!!???

I feel sorry for you essexhoney, after a really clean record of nearly 200 good feedback your profile has a black mark (or red!) People with one bad feedback could put certain eBayers off. This feedback wasn't deserved, you tried everything in your power to settle this, and it isn't your fault you haven't been able to contact him, he must know you tried to settle this and he has been a stupid idiot for not settling this outside feedback, perhaps if everything was settled, the least he could have done was give you a neutral which isn't as bad. I tell my buyers that if there is a problem, I will sort it out, and I have no bad feedback (that also could be because I haven't used my account for a while, but plan to again).

I think its cus you have 3 negs in your feedback. They havent looked through it properly tho and have presumed that the three negs are against you and they are negs that you have left for other people. They are trying to catch you out I think. Backfired tho.

That's the buyer's feedback, not essexhoney's, he/she only got three bad! Should have more for their lack of contact! You should report the buyer, he's acting stupid, due to his lack of contact.

My last sale was a 50pack cdr and some woman bought it, I emailed her a lot to ask if she received it, I got one email, saying she's got it, but hasn't tried them, as of now, I still don't know what is going on, no feeback at all. Its frustrating isn't it!

What's TSFE and NPB? I'd rather noone used such abbreviations, previously I asked on MSE what was PPR (posting privileges removed) and what causes it and people were acting weird! Maybe I was asking too much questions.
