My book this time is fine but the last one I had on half price offer had an ink blob on one of the pages, they asked me to return it and they changed the page then rebind it. Are your images showing in one displayed in the order history? If they are give them a call they were really helpful sorting out mine.
Called them yesterday morning and someone was meant to be emailing me back by Monday. I may have to pay £10 to get it reprinted!!:(0 -
Mine came today and it looks amazing! Thanks again OP x0

Hi,
A few questions for anyone who has ordered this previously as I missed the deal last time but keen to clinch it this time.
* Has anyone upgraded to the Premium quality paper (+ £2.99) ? - Is it worth the extra?
* Has anyone upgraded to the Deluxe gift sleeve* (+ £4.99) ? - Is it worth the extra?
* Where does the logo appear / how large / what colour? I am assuming it is a 'photobox' logo - There is the option to remove the logo for £2.00 but not sure if this is necessary.
* It says design your book with 26 to 100 pages - Can you choose the number of pages with the free version or is that just if you pay for it normally?
* Can you have the images in any shape and size on the pages and vary it as you wish?
Sorry for all the questions but would really value the feedback from those who have used this before.
Many thanks.0 -

Hi, you just click on add photos green button, on the Left hand side. It comes up with a second box and you just click on where you have your photos stored on your PC e.g. mine are in pictures, so I click on that and it shows what photos or folders are in there. I click on the one I want and press open and it uploads or press ctrl and A on my keyboard to select all and click on the open button. There is also a tutorial right down the bottom on the right hand side, that shows you how to do it, if you still are stuck.Another reminder for some help on how to load photographs please.0
