I am being charged £3.99 for delivery, there is no mention of this on their advert for the offer. I am new to photobox so am reluctant to pay for something that is supposed to be free.0

The Photobook is Free but you still have to pay for the P&P which is £3.99.
Most online or magazine 'free' offers require you to pay a postage charge and actually £3.99 is really good because it comes in a sturdy box (have paid full price before) and is fairly secure, especially as I've been charged £3 postage from another photo company and got my item in a brown envelope (not even padded) and thus the spine had been broken in transit. A lot of companies will also underhandedly charge you over and above what the actual p+p cost is to gain some money back from an offer or giveaway.
I feel £3.99 for an A4 box to be delivered by Royal Mail (which I think is who they use but don't quote me on that) is a very fair price.0 -
They have now credited my account after emailing themWins so far - Numerous Glamour and Rimmel Goodies, 4 tickets to T4OTB, Tiling Tools and Paintbrush, Dova Spa Facial, 5 Tickets to Lynx Allnighter (Halloween party)
Thanks to all posters on MSE :T0 -

Yes, First Class Royal Mail.0 -
Just checked my emails (I signed up with my junk account) and I emailed them over the credit, then some one told me to ask on live chat which I did and got the credit.
The email said I wasnt eligible but they've credited me £10 instead!!!
Hi,
Thank you for your email.
In regards to your query, Please be advised that I have reviewed your account and can confirm that you are not eligible for this offer as you were not on our mailing list which was sent out to new customers in March I'm afraid.
As you registered with us on 29/04/2010 sometime after the offer I cannot honour you this.
However, as a gesture of goodwill I would be more than happy to credit your account with £10.00 which can be used towards a book order.
Best regards,
Kapil
Thats why my P&P came free, I thought the APR code was still sat on my account LOL!
