Well it has taken me HOURS to make the book, couldn't work it properly at first. I have been charged but have taken advice from on here and have emailed them. Has anyone managed to order the book without being charged?

Oh dear. Free delivery expires at midnight today but I have to wait till tomorrow morning to catch the live chat people and ask for the book amount to be credited.

Ja I got one done

Added to basket, opened live chat, they put the token in my account and told me to add another one to my basket (so there was then 2), and then delete one of them, leaving one.

Did it, worked fine.

Added free code for delivery, worked a charm!

yes i managed to get discount with live chat and added free postage discount hope it gets delivered took me ages to make the perfect book something to keep.

went to chat and they put a credit on but the book then showed at 28.98 so left with 4.99 to pay ... dont mind too much still a super reduction and something I have been wanting to do for a long time and don't want to push my luck too far

Hi - Could you tell me where the 'Live Chat' is? It was there last night when I was making the photobook but they were offline, but now I can't find it!. I need to ask them for the code as my basket was also showing full price. Thanks.

I saw the live chat option when I started making mine last night then it disappeared! Still can't find it either! I thought it was something i'd done that made it vanish!!

I can see the 'help' button in the top right corner but can't find the 'live chat' option. Gone onto the site map and can't see it there either. Can anyone help me please??
