    there are 2 buttons just slightly further down from the help button on the checkout page
    i cannot remember what the other one is! but the chat button is the left one

    i used it this morning
    live chat asks for the link so keep this page handy
    i didnt and had to find it while speaking to them
    they applied the credit for the book but i had to pay delivery, as the code ran out last night
    stll lovely for £3.99

    It seemed to have moved overnight!! - when I went back into it - I went through the different tabs at the top - I found it on the "Upload' tab. HTH

    I've made my book and it's 25.99 not 23.99, I can't see what I've done wrong. Anyone got any ideas?

    Have you added extra pages or changed the paper quality??

    Done it this morning. The free delivery code was still sat in my basket from when I tried to do it yesterday so came up as £0.00

    thanks i am silly ... yes i upgraded the paper and had also removed their logo ... didn't notice that was £2 so readded it as I don't really mind ... still searching for a free postage just in case I can be super lucky

    Actually anyone have experience of the paper quality ... is it worth me upgrading or not much point?
