Hi I did my photobook this morning (after newly registering), didnt automatically credit me for the free photobook. I have emailed them but not rcd a response.
Has everyone who has done this had to chase for a code or credit? and how quickly did they respond??

same problem here registered and created a photobook only to find out i haven't been credited for a free photobook, also emailed and waiting for a response

i didnt receive the credit either so i used the online chat and asked them told them i received an email with the offer they then added the discount straight away. so go onto your account and use the live chat there.

If you view your basket it is in the top right hand corner underneath the navigation bar. Also next to "Most frequent questions" button.
