Just realised I'd actually added last week's meal plan when I posted before, so here's what we're having/have had this week!

Mon - had M&S chicken and rosemary potatoes from last weekend's £10 meal deal, with veg from fridge and freezer.

Tue - going to free preview at cinema so I'm having a Splendips! (30p off coupon)

Wed - Chicken and asparagus risotto (using up M&S chicken), with salad

Thu - Tomato and Ricotta filo tarts with new potatoes and salad (tarts whoopsied in Mr T)

Fri - Cheese and tomato flatbread from freezer with salad

Sat - Cheesy veg pasta bake using up any sad veg, with salad

Sun - BBQ (weather permitting) otherwise sausage and mash

Trying to use up fridge/freezer/stores in an attempt to hit our grocery spend target this month (£65 eek!) so will be reading other people's plans with interest.
