I'm a bit late this week, but have gone through my freezer today as really need to stop adding to it and start using some of the things in there! This may stop me from doing my 'one new recipe a week' challenge, but hopefully not for too long.
Monday - gammon steak with boiled potatoes (might change), cauliflower cheese and carrots
Tuesday - stuffing and lentil burger with salad and potato wedges
Wednesday - tuna and sweetcorn pasta bake with garlic bread
Thursday - [STRIKE]pea pakora pockets with salad and perhaps potato wedges[/STRIKE] battered fish, chips and peas
Friday - [STRIKE]battered fish, chips and peas[/STRIKE] staying at my sisters
Saturday - [STRIKE]chicken crumble[/STRIKE] don't know, we'll have to find somewhere to eat
Sunday - [STRIKE]fragrant pork and rice one pot - not sure on this at the moment as don't know what time we'll be back[/STRIKE] we're off to the cinema in the evening, so this won't happen!
Lunches will be frittata (2) or quiche (2) with salad - i'll only plan for lunches when i'm at work.
The weekend may change as my sister and I are hoping to go away, but not having much luck with finding somewhere to stay at the moment! Changed as we are all booked, we're going zorbing in Dorset!Grocery challenge - Nov: £52/£100

Hi All
Decided to join in this one since I seem to have fallen into meal planning after reading the boards - you lot are a good influence :T
Today - fish cakes, potato wedges, veggies
Wednesday - veggie curry and rice
Thursday - 3 bean chilli and rice
Friday - Thai spiced salmon, mash and veggies
Saturday - pizza and garlic bread OR chicken fried rice (both in the freezer)
Sunday - Roast chicken and all the trimmings.
Lunches tend to be soup/sarnies or leftovers, so looking through the cupboards I have everything that I need for all of these - very low spend week.Free/impartial debt advice: Consumer Credit Counselling Service (CCCS) | National Debtline | Find your local CAB0 -
