it does not tell me how many mins i had to start with each month, unlike orange whom i previously had a contract with, and could find out this info, via cust. services and online.

Hi, you can call on 0800 0490049 (I think) then navigate the extensive menus and there is one section which tells you to type in your mobile number and it then texts you the information on your mobile. I tried this yesterday and it tells you how up to date it is as well.

If you go to https://www.o2.co.uk then
- "log on"
- View My Bill
- Unbilled Summary
- Inclusive Allowance Detail
- Select Mobile
- Allowance this month
I have a contract that includes rollover minutes and they are always shown under the allowance this month. I am also able to see how many of my 20 minute free "treat" I have left to.
Hope this helps

Further to my previous post I've now discovered that my unused allowance doesn't rollover for 1 month even though I was originally told it did. I've contacted 02 on several occasions and received contradictory answers to my questions and have had to resort to obtaining the correct information from MSE members! What would I do without you all?0

Sorry I could not give you any info about rollover minutes but I've not been with them for a month yet so have not had the chance yet to find out where they are. I agree about how contradictory their CS are. I've asked them twice about the inclusion of 0845 & 0870 numbers in the inclusive minutes and they have told me yes and no.0

I have been doing the above for 12 months and believed that was the easy and correct way to check my remaining minutes.
Unfortunately a week ago I discovered my calls made after 15/09 was charged even my Inclusive Allowance said I had 1 hr 44 mins left. I called CS, and was told that page is inaccurate and unreliable, and customers should only check the minutes they have used and do the sums themselves!
This is not the 1st time that they are overcharging me as a result of the info I got from that page. I complained that it is not customers' responsibilites if O2 cannot provide correct information. I don't know what else I can do.0
