Because they are a truly established US company who will transform UK technology spending giving the competition something to seriously consider when it come to pricing. It's good news for the UK electronic consumer.0 -
BECAUSE THE DISCOUNT COMES OUT OF THE ADVERTISING BUDGET. oops capsNo reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0

Loss Leaders to attract publicity like this, and no doubt the national newspapers on saturday morning, with picture of huge queues for cheap TVs0 -
yeah, I would imagine these items will only be this price for opening.
I went to Best Buy in Canada and Florida - loved it. They also sell DVDs and Video Games - dont' know if that will be the case here. (EDIT - just checked the site and see that they do yippe)
Wonder how long it will be before they open up one in Scotland...
Never?Everybody dies, but not everyone truly lives0 -
It's wonderfully over-hyped. Their brochure even shows money off deals. "£50 off". £50 off what? They haven't traded yet!No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0

Check them all out here: http://www.bestbuy.co.uk/page/custom.aspx?PageName=Thurrockdeals
They have Avatar on Blu-ray for £9.99 too - might check it out tomorrow or Saturday.0 -
