Im thinking its not even combofix youve run

(or its an infected version due to your computer being as bad as it is)

Please open malwarebytes, goto LOGS and tell me the DATABASE version you ran

    ...............................................................................

    Download HostsXpert
    http://www.softpedia.com/progDownload/Hoster-Download-27041.html
and then follow the below steps.

    * Unzip HostsXpert.zip
    * It will create a folder named HostsXpert in whatever folder you extract it to.
    * Run HostsXpert.exe by double clicking on it.
    * click the Make Writeable? button.
    * click Restore Microsoft's Hosts File and then click OK.
    * Click the X to exit the program

    .............................................................................

    Download and run FIX.EXE
    http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/reg/antivirus-vista-2010/FixExe.reg

    ...............................................................................

    Reset internet explorer

    1. Open Internet Explorer.
    2. Click Tools, and then click Internet Options.
    3. Click the Advanced tab.
    4. Under Reset Internet Explorer Settings, click Reset.

    ..........................................................................................

    Run LSPFIX ~

    Kazzy ~

You cant get windows updates because (my personal guess), its completely taken over by a virus/trojan

If NONE of the programs work that ive posted then my personal suggestion is to format it and start again

hi preable thanks this is kind of what i done in the first place thinking it would have sorted it but no joy it must be a clever virus because i cant get all my updates from windows one of them being the framework for service pack 1 ive got the other bits but not service pk 2 and i think that may be why its not loading everything else i cant even get my wireless to load although i think that was what had the virus in the firstplace aaahhhh nothing is ever simple eh!! thanks anyway
