    Many years ago, there was a discussion on here and the concensus of opinion was that, if you used pork mince it ought to be called a swineherds' pie and, if you used turkey mince it ought to be called a poultrymans' pie.

    Both make a great pie and are both cheaper and lower in fat. Also try root mash on top.

    PS. Tod, Cumberland pie is evidently shepherd's pie with breadcrumbs on top. Sounds interesting.
