Hi and thank you happytobedebtfree - I'm doing the slimming world diet but going to rosemary conley classes, I can't do calorie counting but because the class involves exercise its cheaper than going to a fat club and the gym.

Isla - I've signed up for a nail and beauty course and baby reflexology, did want to do baby yoga and a childs first aid course but they were full. I'm on the list for the first aid course next time round so as long as it doesn't overlap with going back to work (or get axed) I'll get a proper certificate:D

I LOVE slimming world I did it a few years ago and lost three stone - I want to blame the baby for my weight gain but I'd piled most of it one before I got pregnant:( its coming off steadily though and I'm still eating cake! Averaging a pound a week so I can't complain.

I don't envy you being at work I'm off till November but dreading going back already. Hope your day goes quickly for you x

Just been for my weigh in and another 2lbs off so got my half stone award:T I'm averaging a lb a week so in a year I should be at my target

Money's not doing so well my gas and electric company asked for a metre reading and because my consumption has gone up they've put my monthly payment up by £5 I know its not a lot but when I've got no money it feels like a lot.

Hoping the baby sleeps tonight, she's just been crying for an hour, tried everything fed her, burped her, changed her nappy etc, put her to bed she only stopped when I put the bedroom light on?! Whats that about??

who knows, i dont have kids yet, ohs cousin has one of the small plug lights try that it may help her hope she sleeps tooxx

Slimming world chips are brilliant! My OH even prefers them to oven chips so it makes making tea even easier!

Just got back from my first cooking lesson, it was really nice can't believe how much they give you - we made stuffed chicken breast and sweet potato wedges and could bring it all home! Next week is pork pittas and we're also going to make a carrot cake! I'm not surprised the Government is thinking of getting rid of them they must cost so much. Even if everyone just paid 1/2 pounds they'd save a fortune.
