when you phone up HP to get your membership number, do you just tell them your a member of pru health and want to sign up to holmes place etc or do you have to explain the whole process about Pru paying for your membership to them?0

I got this PruHealth deal in Aug 05....cut my HP monthly from 110 to 50 for two of us
I've never dealt with a nicer bunch that Pru customer services who are based in South Africa. Very prompt, courteous etc.
Great deal...couldn't believe it when i saw it
Sign up via pruhealth and they deal with the gym end
Note that HP are being taken over by Virgin Active
(i've not read all the posts if someone's mentioned this already...just wanted to give the pos feedback on PH )0 -

Holmes know all about this offer. Just give them a call ask them for your membership number and tell what gym you want to go to.0 -

thelawman asked the question I was going to ask, but I only applied last Thursday! I'm assuming they may take longer if everyones applying for the free gym membership?
Would be good to know how long it took for people to get the documentation through in the past couple of weeks?
Thanks,
Maz
I decided to give PruHealth a call after all. They told me that there had been some delays in posting the documentation out over the past couple of weeks but that it should come through soon. They didn't ask for my details, so hopefully the Quidco commission should be ok...0 -
I applied for cover last Thursday. Yesterday morning, I still hadn't received anything through the post. So I rang them and they said it should arrive soon and then I could apply for my Gym membership.
Remembering what people are saying on here and not applying before first payment went out, I asked her when this would be. Apparently, I was set to pay the full years payment in one go in a couple of days time. Didn't want this, so have changed it to monthly.
Does anyone know if this has an affect on quidco?0 -
I am paying by monthly installments and this hasn't affected my quidco transaction... so far.
Just checked my Quidco transaction and it has now changed to "received" with a payment date of Sept 20060 -
I have got a received on my quidco as well :j
Off to the gym shortly- along with my 2 year old who got free membership0 -
Does anyone know with Quidco is cheaper to pay the 5p and use bacs or use paypal for free but does paypal then charge you for the privilige?0
